Galvanize Action surveyed ideologically-moderate white women across the US to see how they were feeling about current events.

QUESTION #1
Is your opinion of President Trump favorable or unfavorable?

A majority of women in this sample (57%) have an unfavorable opinion of President Trump. This is a five percentage point decrease compared to responses from a different sample of ideologically-moderate white women in May.
A plurality (37%) have a strongly unfavorable opinion of President Trump.

QUESTION #2
Do you approve or disapprove of the way President Trump is handling crime?

Strongly approve	13%

Somewhat disapprove	20%
Strongly disapprove	31%

While a plurality (36%) of women in this sample somewhat approve of President Trump’s handling of crime, women were roughly split between approval (49%) and disapproval (51%) overall.

QUESTION #3
To what extent are you concerned, if at all, that tariffs could negatively affect your personal financial situation?

Not at all concerned	6%
Slightly concerned	36%
Very concerned	26%
Extremely concerned	31%

Nearly all (93%) women in this sample are concerned about tariffs to some degree.
More than half (57%) are very or extremely concerned about tariffs.
A plurality (36%) report feeling “slightly” concerned about tariffs.

QUESTION #4
Which of the following comes closer to your views about childhood vaccines for measles, mumps, and rubella, even if neither is exactly right?

Healthy children should be required to be vaccinated in order to attend public schools because of the potential risk for others when children are not vaccinated	70%
Parents should be able to decide not to vaccinate their children, even if that may create health risks for other children and adults	30%

A majority (70%) of respondents think the MMR vaccine should be required.

On September 10, 2025 Charlie Kirk, a prominent conservative activist, was fatally shot in a targeted attack while speaking at an event at Utah Valley University. In your opinion, which of the following is the primary underlying problem that led to this?

A plurality (36%) of women in this sample believe the primary underlying problem is political polarization.

QUESTION #6
Which of the following best describes how you feel about the death of Charlie Kirk?

I personally see him as a martyr, and so do others	27%

I personally see him as a martyr, but others do not	8%
I personally do not see him as a martyr, and others do not	21%

A plurality of women in this sample (44%) stated that they do not see Kirk as a martyr, but think that others do.
A majority (65%) do not see Charlie Kirk as a martyr.
