Alexandra Acker-Lyons has worked at the intersection of electoral politics, the nonprofit sector, and philanthropy for over 20 years. She is the President and Founder of AL Advising, a philanthropic and political consulting firm. AL Advising works with progressive philanthropists to create a portfolio of civic engagement, policy, and advocacy investments including 501c3, 501c4, candidate, and related political giving. She is also the Director of Chambers Initiative, a vehicle for Merle Chambers’ political and philanthropic giving.
