Caroline (she/her/ella) brings a diverse background within the development space and has worked across a variety of non-profit organizations throughout her career. Building out processes and systems within teams and cross collaborating across leadership and program staff, Caroline has extensive experience with building bridges and alignment, focusing on resource development around a variety of issues. Telling the stories that matter is always front of mind for Caroline.

The one overlap within her work has always been her genuine approach to building community, strong engagement and connections amongst colleagues, teams, partners, constituencies and communities. An Arizona native, she graduated from Arizona State University with a B.A. in Political Science. Caroline currently resides in northern VA with her husband, son, and golden doodle child, Oliver.
