Brittney (she/her) is a nonprofit professional with a deep commitment to the programs that shaped her own life. A first-generation college graduate, she pursued a degree in nonprofit management with the goal of supporting the very programs her family relied on for generations. Over time, she found her passion in strategic operations, where she focuses on building strong, efficient structures that allow fundraising efforts to thrive, ensuring more resources reach the communities that need them most. Now more than ever, she feels a deep call to action to support and strengthen community and create lasting change. Outside of work, Brittney enjoys exploring Washington’s parks, reading with her son and partner, and making the most of Seattle’s museums and cultural spaces.
