Stephanie (she/her) is a nonprofit operations and HR professional with a deep belief in the power of local politics to shape real lives. A first-generation college graduate from a women’s college, she returned to her small hometown to invest in the place that raised her. After early roles in radio journalism and political campaign work, she found her true calling in the behind-the-scenes systems that keep mission-driven work moving. Passionate about internal systems and organizational health, Stephanie is driven by the idea that work should be both effective and fulfilling. She serves on several town boards and committees, including as an elected member of the planning board, and lives in her hometown in western Massachusetts with her partner, two daughters, and dog.
