Laura (she/her) has always tried to use her research to make the world a better place. She is passionate about using the power of research and data to drive positive social change. She holds a Master of Science in Psychology, where her thesis work focused on the potential for diverse representation in fiction to increase empathy and reduce prejudice. Outside of work, Laura loves to read, bake, and hang out with her two spoiled cats, Noodle and Sushi.
